Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on UK immigration law, visa categories, eligibility, and settlement pathways.
  • Prepare and review applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Guide clients on sponsorship licensing, compliance audits, and right-to-work checks.
  • Manage client engagements end-to-end, maintaining proactive communication and data accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members; support recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with EY’s risk, quality, and engagement procedures.
  • Oversee budgeting, billing, and financial targets.
