As a QAE, you will enhance QA processes and develop repeatable, automated testing systems. Collaborating with Product Managers, QAEs, SDETs, and SDEs, you’ll define test strategies, create test plans, and ensure product reliability. You will own test strategy creation, enforce design for testability, and drive quality improvements within the entire engineering team.In this role, you will:
- Create test strategies, test plans and test cases- Efficiently execute test cases across all functional areas of our products- Find, isolate, document, regress and track bugs through resolution- Interpret and report testing results and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the development process- Engage in code reviews to ensure testability and unit test designs- Develop automated tests, scripts, and tools to enable CI/CD

As a QA Engineer, you will champion the quality of our features in the development pipeline using both automated and manual tests, reporting and verifying defects, and signing-off on features and release candidates. You will own the authoring and execution of test plans and test cases. You will have a significant impact on the quality and delivery speed of our software/business, and most importantly our customers. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA in order to ensure the features we deliver to our customers have a high level of quality. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to propose improvements to our existing processes and automated tools in order to improve the team’s speed, quality and efficiency.

- 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- BS degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience scripting or coding

- Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
