Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a strong community via networking and happy hours.
• Monitoring the front desk during operation hours
• Creating an inclusive environment that fosters collaboration and creativity — both internally and externally
• Maintaining ongoing communication with operation and maintenance teams to ensure that all processes run smoothly
• Serve as a point of contact (POC) for all members and guests within the Mindspace Community

Requirements

• BA degree in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or hospitality field ● Sales oriented
• A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing creative solutions. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of English – both oral and written
• Practical, creative fast-thinker, fast on your feet, and highly aware that others rely on your kind of person.
• Multi-tasking should be a walk in the park for you
• Be familiar with the startup ecosystem and stay up-to-date on daily happenings in your city
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Sheets & Monday - An advantage
