Requirements- 3+ years of experience in social media at a SaaS company, with a proven track record of growing online communities, engagement and following
- Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting abilities
- Deep understanding of what makes for great social media content (especially on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram)
- Proactive mindset
- Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Later, and Zendesk
- Passion for filmmaking and familiarity with relevant creators in the niche - an advantage
