JOB DESCRIPTION

You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'llwork out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role,you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers'operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation andlighting systems for our customers
  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our BA solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementationof our solutions
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and providerecommendations for improvement

YOUMUST HAVE:

  • Associates degree from an accredited institution in a technical disciplinesuch as Electrical Engineering or related field or demonstrate equivalentpractical field experience.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in field service applications, with afocus on automation and lighting systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation and lightingtechnologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in project management and execution.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
