Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities- Manage and work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs- Establish AWS as the partner’s preferred cloud computing platform across all product and service lines
- Work with CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal groupAbout the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of sales, business or partner development, and/or channel management experience.
- Experience engaging, influencing, and presenting to C-level executives.
- Experience presenting and articulating complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Must possess leadership skills and the ability to build a Canada-wide strategy


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years in program development for a technology company
- Direct experience working with AWS consulting and/or technology partners or you have been an employee at a large AWS partner
- Developed and operated five or more global partner programs
- Advanced understanding of AWS, cloud architecture and infrastructure
- Ability to articulate and present complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment Inquisitive; will always ask questions to see the “big picture” or get a handle on the details
