Our team is experiencing exciting growth within our established practice therefore we need to hire a Cost and Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager will report to the Project Controls Director, the Contracts Manager will oversee, track, develop and review all Contract cost activities and Administration from inquiry through award, execution and closeout. This position requires excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, good decision-making capabilities.
Must be willing to commute daily to office located in Northeast Aurora, CO.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent
- 12+ years of experience in capital construction finance and contracting
- Proven experience in capital construction finance and contracting
- Proficient use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Exhibits planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure on multiple project deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and client project staff and see a project through to completion
Ideally you will have:
- K12 Experience
- Scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project)
- Experience in all contract delivery methods, financial tracking and controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues
- Experience using Kahua, Oracle, and all MS Office tools, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
