Lead the operation for GDS Buenos Aires, reporting to location Finance Operate lead.
Oversee day to day delivery from BA team, composed by Manager, Seniors and Staffs, supporting accounting activities that include:
Manual JEs
Monthly Flash Report
Financial Result Summary
CFO Deep Dive Inputs
FERC reporting
Close Management
Become client stakeholders trusted advisor and main point of contact/escalation during the transition and after go-live
Coach junior team members to deliver client on timely and quality manner, becoming a referent for them and leading by example in terms of client communication and team behaviours.
Interact with other locations such as GDS India and ACR US onshore team to guarantee business model and client support is consistent across locations.
Controllership and Finance experience, including qualification in finance, has a good understanding of finance operations processes (R2R, B2P, O2C, …)
Work with Shared Services (captive or outsourced)
Project / transition knowledge
Experience of transitioning complex F&A projects with personal accountability for delivering to time and cost
