Key and Client responsibilities:
- Assisting in gathering and analyzing data related to client workforce metrics, employee engagement surveys and organizational culture assessments to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborating with senior consultants to support the delivery of client projects, including preparing presentations, drafting reports and contributing to the development of client solutions.
- Assisting with research on industry trends, best practices and benchmarking data to inform client strategies and enhance the effectiveness of consulting recommendations.
- Engaging with clients through meetings and workshops, taking notes, and ensuring that client needs and feedback are documented and addressed throughout the consulting process.
- Providing administrative assistance to the consulting team, including scheduling meetings, organizing project documentation and maintaining project timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist project teams with client engagement such as, the design, implementation, communication and monitoring of projects across the People Consulting pillars - performance, talent, HR systems, reward, mobility and analytics
- Support project work streams by applying a proven EY approach and methodology based on global standards

Education and Academic Qualification:
- Final year university student pursuing Human Resource Management(HRM)
- Expected CGPA of a Second Class Upper or better
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
