Supporting the development of strategic plans for clients, including market entry strategies, growth plans and operational improvements.
Participating in client meetings and workshops to understand their strategic objectives and to provide relevant insights and analysis.
Preparing presentations, information memoranda and other transaction-related documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
Assisting with the coordination of transaction processes, including communication with clients, legal advisors and other professionals involved in the deal.
Assisting in the due diligence process by collecting, organizing and analysing financial and operational data from target companies.
Supporting the team in identifying risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions.
Conducting research on industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscapes to inform transaction strategies.
Gathering data from various sources to create industry reports that help in understanding the market dynamics relevant to client projects.
Assisting in the analysis of financial statements and the preparation of financial metrics to support valuation and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Final year university student of a recognised Tertiary Institution
Expected CGPA of a Second Class Upper or better
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language is a plus)
Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
A student member or affiliate of the ICAG/ACCA/CIMA OR a high motivation and drive to pursue a professional accountant qualification. Membership of ICAG/ACCA/CIMA is an advantage.
