Your key responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Adobe products and solutions, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Document Cloud.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure best practices are followed in Adobe implementations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to enhance our Adobe offerings.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and grow a team of Adobe technical experts through recruitment, training, and professional development.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Business Development Support:

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of Adobe solutions to prospective clients.
• Participate in client meetings and industry events to represent the company's Adobe expertise.

Project Management:

• Oversee the successful delivery of Adobe implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage project risks and issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Ensure the adoption of project management best practices and methodologies within the team.

Solution Architecture Leadership:

• Lead the design and implementation of Adobe solution architectures for clients, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable for future growth.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and tailor Adobe solutions to address their needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

Cultural Impact:

• Promote a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.

• Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
  

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Adobe solutions, including certifications in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, or other relevant Adobe products.
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong business acumen with experience in supporting sales and business development efforts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
