Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- Experience with the full new product development phase including forecasting, production ramp, spares support, end-of-life, and decomissioning.
- Experience with hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) at an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), working with design engineering and supply chain or manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience creating hardware product data structuring (Part Numbers, BOMs) with configuration options, managing product life cycles, and using change management best practices in Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems including reviewing/approving and implementing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) into manufacturing and the field.
- Experience with spreadsheets and conditional logic formulas, as well as running commands.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues with internal software systems, systems setups, or data, and recommend and implement the appropriate solution.
