Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience managing System-on-Chip (SoC) products or advanced semiconductor manufacturing and supply chains.
Experience managing semiconductor suppliers (foundry, OSAT, and ASIC houses) for leading-edge CMOS process technology and advanced SoC packaging.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience of working with testing tooling suppliers and testing equipment vendors.
Experience with semiconductor development cycles, silicon bring-up methodology and production ramp.
Experience presenting and communicating to an executive audience.
Experiences of working with teams of various technical backgrounds, and leading cross-functional deliverables with the ability to connect, network, and collaborate with others in a large product organization.
Knowledge of the customer-owned tooling model and chip cost model.
Excellent people management, communication, negotiation skills.
