The individual must be able to apply technical information to production or planning activities and confer with management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specification, manufacturing capabilities, and project status. Strong IE skills set would be required in order to apply the same in supply planning. The individual must possess exceptional interpersonal / team building skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and participate with multi-functional teams.

Ideally, the candidate should have a Master’s degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering or related fields, and under 3 years of work experience.
