As a full-time Growth Strategy Lead, you will lead and manage strategic projects to understand customer landscape, conduct benchmarking and uncover new business opportunities and solve our biggest challenges for Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ). You will have the exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally and cross-geographically to identify problems and gaps, collect and analyze data, generate insights, come up with solutions, and implement them. You will execute on your proposed business strategies to solve difficult problems and remove blockers for our customers and our business. You will independently manage projects and run programs to deliver value for our business. To do so, you will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders such as sales, operations, and marketing teams. Through leading initiatives across Asia-Pacific, you will gain a unique insight into the internal workings of one of the world’s fastest growing IT organizations.Key job responsibilities

• Has strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to lead and drive initiatives
• Has good understanding and hands-on experience driving adoption of emerging technologies like GenAI
• Is creative and able to innovate and simplify process
• Is curious to learn and comfortable with ambiguity and a highly fluid environment
• Has good communications skills
• Is analytical and has strong financial/business acumen
• Has a “can-do” spirit with a strong sense of ownership to execute end-to-end projects
• Has outstanding interpersonal skills and is able to earn trust and influence others
• Is independent and comfortable with navigating ambiguity
• Is highly organized and can multi-task and prioritize competing stakeholder requests
