Essential Responsibilities:
- Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
- Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
- Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
- Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed.
- Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
Expected Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Collaborate with engineers, designers, compliance, and sales to deliver world-class payment experiences.
- Partner with banks, fintechs, and payment networks to drive global integrations.
- Track performance, manage risks, and continuously improve products that scale globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Product management experience in payment processing, merchant services, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, APIs, and integrations.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and bring products to market.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator who can work across technical and business teams.
- Passion for building products that put customers first.
