Minimum Qualifications
- Key responsibilities include:
- Create process development schedules indicating critical path and key decision milestones
- Facilitate communication and cross functional alignment within the Manufacturing Design organization and with other Apple teams
- Drive suppliers, integrate their deliverables and schedules into the overall project
- Utilize a multi-functional team of engineers to meet overall program objectives
- Lead meetings and document action items and progress. Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks
- Hold team members accountable for meeting schedule commitments
- Drive issue resolution and risk management in order to meet timeline
- Coordinate weekly exec level presentations, crafting the message and prioritizing the open items
Preferred Qualifications
- - Extraordinary leadership abilities
- - Industry experience
- - Program management experience with accomplishments in concept to market product development
- - Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- - Experienced working with multi-disciplinary groups driving schedule and tasks
- - A good working understanding of high volume manufacturing process, operations management and supply chain management.
- - Self-motivated and enthusiastic with proven critical thinking capabilities
- - Experience engaging executive level management on program status and priorities
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $56.65 and $85.52/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
