What you'll do:

  • Develop and support enhanced authentication capabilities to help strengthen Walmart’s security posture while improving end user experience
  • Continuously evaluate Single Sign-On products and solutions
  • Help maintain the IAM capability roadmaps and help set priorities for future strategies
  • Develop partnerships with platform, application teams, and software vendors providing IAM software for onboarding IAM controls and addressing any issues
  • Provide guidance and mentorship for junior engineers


What you'll bring:

  • Experience with PingIdentity products (PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingDirectory Proxy, PingAccess, etc.)
  • Experience with LDAP, SAML, and OAuth protocols
  • Experience with Identity, Authentication (different factors of authentication), and Authorization
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, PRTG, etc.
  • Experience with coding in Java, Bash, Python, etc. and API integration
