What you need to know about the role

• Manage a team of software engineers focused on PayPal's Revolving Credit products.

• At least 1 year of experience managing a mobile engineering team.
• A strong foundation in software engineering principles and practices, enabling you to effectively guide and mentor team members.
• The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• The ability to analyze complex technical problems, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions to drive project success.
• An understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to effectively plan, execute, and track projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
