As a Product Manager for Bing Tech team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bing Tech. You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, analysts, and marketers to create innovative and engaging features and products that delight our users and drive business growth.

You will also collaborate with internal and external partners, such as Windows OS, Edge, CoPilot, and various 3^rdparty providers to leverage their data, content, and insights to enhance Bing Tech. You will also conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify user needs, market opportunities, and product gaps.

• 12+ years of relevant experience in a technical role.
• Master’s degree in computer science, related technical field or similar practical experience.
• Ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, and lead virtual teams.
• Effective communicator, skilled presenter & growth minded interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous business situations; be open to acting quickly and iterating.
• Track record of influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• An understanding in machine learning, Big Data analytics, data management and/or cloud technologies is a plus.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bing Tech team.
• Use AI and Machine learning techniques to understand user’s intent and provide the right answer.
• Monitor and measure product performance and user feedback.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage product development lifecycle.
• Manage multiple work streams simultaneously, strong data analysis skills, and ability to move fast with data driven decision making skills and experimentation.
• Develop a solid understanding of the product space and become a subject matter expert in the area.
• Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, analysts, and marketers to deliver high-quality products and features that help user meet their needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to leverage their data, content, and insights to enhance Bing Tech.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify user needs, market opportunities, and product gaps.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and success metrics.
• Test and validate product hypotheses and assumptions using experiments and A/B testing.
• You must be an experienced Product Manager with deep background in software engineering with preferably experience in the areas of Machine Learning, AI, Data Analytics, Internet Search or any other large scale distributed and scalable software systems.
