In our multicultural and multinational team at Siemens Global Business Services, we are looking for an. In this position you will process internal and external supplier accounting documents and handle other AP related requirements for our customers.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

• Process and post third-party and ICC accounting documents in the SAP system.
• Check invoices/credit notes to ensure legal and internal requirements are met, and solve any discrepancies.
• Communicate daily with suppliers, internal colleagues and customers.
• Process dunning letters.
• Support monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities.
• Create supporting documentation for regular AP reporting and process ad-hoc requests based on SAP outputs.

What do we expect from the AP Specialist?

• Educational & Language Skills: High school diploma or equivalent with good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
• Technical Proficiency: Basic skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and advanced knowledge of SAP .
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a customer-oriented approach, and strong team spirit.
• Attention to Detail and Adaptability: Exceptional focus on details with a willingness to learn new skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
