Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment, working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to think strategically and prioritize often competing tasks.
Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management practices - and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.
Strong attention to detail, comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous execution and escalation, while maintaining a healthy work balance.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
