Starting in this role, you will familiarize yourself with the different projects in the Area of Data & Machine Learning and IT Service Management from Case Management to Knowledge Management. You will learn about various details and stakeholders from the respective leads. Build business acumen and customer empathy by understanding the needs of our stakeholders. Over time, you will take on more responsibilities and ownership of identified tasks or projects/opportunities you may uncover. Your tasks include but are not limited to:

  • IT Service Management
    • Manage allow lists and assignments of support personnel in business applications
    • Prepare training materials and user guides and help to enable new team members and stakeholders
    • Track feedback from users and stakeholders and create analysis and summaries of the same
    • Help with incident management, issue investigation and request routing/escalation
  • Data and Machine Learning
    • Help to design, build and maintain an interactive, real-time dashboard on support operations including cross calculations
    • Actively participate in alignment meetings with management, development and project teams
    • Collect and restructure data sets required for reporting
    • Prepare training materials and user guides and help to enable new team members and stakeholders
    • Help with incident management, issue investigation and request routing/escalation
    • Collect and restructure data sets to migrate from our current ITSM solution to a new solution
  • Knowledge Management
    • Contribute to editorial efforts including content structure re-designs, familiarizing yourself with the related infrastructures and sharing your ideas
    • Get involved in testing, quality checks, user panels and similar activities that assess the quality of our services
    • Update user guidelines and system documentation for editors and content creators

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
  • preferably studying in one of the following fields: Data Science, Informatics, Business Informatics or similar
  • Speaking: English fluently, any other language as a plus
