Objectives of this role include:

• plansand delineate business priorities.

• Accountable for SaaS strategy and platform releases for scalable, reliable and efficient cloud platform.

• Define the principles, guidelines, standards for release planning for cloud platform, including hierarchical backlog prioritization, feature requirements, requests for product enhancements, release governance for content,scheduleand quality.

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development by engineering teams resulting in positive outcomes for F5 customers.

• Work closely with sales toidentifygrowth opportunities and execute product and GTM initiatives to drive execution against annual plan.

• Engage with customers and channel partners to drive adoption of products.

• Represent product in quarterly product business reviews, articulating the state of the business and frame initiatives to drive growth.

• Collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders across marketing, support, systems, and commercial models to clearly articulate dependencies and enable aligned execution.

• Lead a team of product managers to drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch of various F5 software products and solutions.

• Mentoring product managers, guiding them to deliver software releases that align to corporateobjective, meet specifications and is delivered on time.

• Represent product area in sales and customer facing forums, including conferences and industry events.
