As a Consumer Experience Product Associate within Chase Media Solutions, you will be a key player in the design and development of the next generation of Chase Offers to deliver value to Chase customers beyond the core financial product features. You will help craft the product strategy, develop market-leading product innovations, and propel the Chase Offers consumer experience evolution. In addition, you will work on analyzing market trends, consumer research and behavior data to define, execute and monitor consumer experiences on mobile and web channels. This is an exciting opportunity to impact all aspects of the consumer shopping journey including intent capture, offer relevance/personalization, reward structures/fulfillment, loyalty programs and consumer communications such as alerts and emails
Job responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of the advertising ecosystem - including technical capabilities and data management required for the digital advertising business, and an informed point of view on the industry’s direction and needs
- Experience working on consumer digital products, operations, servicing and controls partners to align roadmap
- Understanding of modern web technologies, web application frameworks and mobile native technologies
