Key job responsibilities
You will have an opportunity to participate and innovate across the BI landscape, starting from data ingestion, storage, processing, and automated self-serve reporting. You will partner closely with business, finance and product teams from customer service, operations teams and stakeholders from Returns, as well as the Recommerce and Sustainability organization to understand their data needs and draft a vision for a next generation reporting solution ensuring business users are able to answer hard questions with real data. You will educate and train customers to self-serve data, present data in new forms, explore reporting options, and innovate. You will participate in business reviews and new initiatives. You will enable your team to identify and help close gaps , as well as predict up-and-coming data needs when participating in discussions about new products or features.Your responsibilities will include:- Have in-depth knowledge of the data available in your area of expertise.
- Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

- 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software

- 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience
- 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
