• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to JavaScript or TypeScript
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, building, andmaintainingcomplex web applications with a particular emphasis on UserExperience.
• 4+ years of experience in front-end web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Usability Testing) and modern front-end frameworks such as: React or Angular.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Track recordin developing frameworks, or services using C#, Java
• Buildingmodern,accessibleand feature-richweb applicationsusingJavaScript,React, Angularor similar
• Passion for creating user experiences.
• Extensive design experience and fluency in design patterns, with attention to security, performance, reliability, scalability,accessibility anddeveloper experience.
• Experience buildingMicrofrontendsusingWebPackModuleFederation or similar frameworks
• Experience buildingAI features using LLM frameworks (like Semantic Kernel,Langchainor similar frameworks)
• Experience with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Experience in dealing with ambiguity and driving projectsthat span multiple engineering teamsbybringingclarityandcreatingenergy
• Ability to build andmaintainRESTful APIs and web services.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
