General Responsibilities:
Lead a team of high level/ high performance engineers in multiple locations that constantly drive the conversation, support and improve our Virtual technologies (Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces and others)
Lead the team with knowledge, empathy, data and passion
Host and drive people driven conversations (weekly individual meetings, team meetings, performance related conversations and mid year and year end reviews, etc.)
Constantly present the team work to high level management
Help articulate and evangelize a bold technical vision for our Virtual Technologies initiatives
Collaborate with product management, architecture, and engineering teams to define and implement data-driven strategic roadmaps with a focus on Associate Experience
Provide technical leadership to software engineers, platform engineers, product managers, and all other stakeholders
Handle several projects simultaneously, balancing your time to maximize impact
Strong strategic vision, enabling others to align regional and global processes and services
Agility and adaptability, with a proven track record of managing and thriving during times of growth and change
Exceptional problem-solving skills and can address complex technology support challenges

Experience managing vendors in both managed service and staff augmentation capacities
Basic qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of people management
At least 3 years of experience with Citrix applications or Virtual Desktop platforms (Citrix Studio, Citrix Director, Workspace Environment Manager, Dizzion or AWS Workspaces)
At least 3 years of experience with AWS
At least 3 years of experience in networking, proxy servers, Google Tools, Windows 10 and 11
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting Windows based virtual desktops
3+ years of experience with network architecture and troubleshooting firewall issues
3+ years of experience in application development
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V) or similar cloud certification
