Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Coordinator
As our Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll join our fun and dynamic team on a 12-month contract. As part of this role, you'll provide support to the Campus Recruiters and Managers throughout the campus recruitment cycle to attract and recruit the best student talent to EY.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide support to the early careers team across all facets of recruitment, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle, tasks related to programs and key early attraction initiatives, team events etc.
- Prepare for recruitment events including; managing student registrations, coordinating logistics for virtual and face to face events including, setting up log-in links, room bookings, catering, calendar invitations, preparation of name badges and event schedules.
- Own sending out communications to candidates and internal stakeholders. Send approved marketing materials to promote events to external stakeholders, such as universities and student societies.
- Quality and risk management, handling candidate adjustment requests and communicate to recruiter necessary accommodations throughout the recruitment process. Conduct right-to-work verifications (VisaView & VisaCheck) and diligently follow up on any outstanding candidate documentation
- Attend recruitment events on campus, EY premises as well as virtually. Screen and manage candidate applications throughout the recruitment process using our recruitment system, and ensuring high levels of candidate care during the selection stages of recruitment.

- Experience in a campus or student recruitment environment
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment support or marketing role
- Ability to be agile and support teams remotely in other locations
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with ambiguity
