What you'll do:

• Work closely with Colombia's operations team to grow our business and overcome challenges.
• Scope particular problems and derive integral solutions based on robust analysis.
• Take big picture ideas and break them into meaningful steps to develop and optimize processes.
• Leverage strong executional and implementation skills to make projects and plans a reality.
• Build and develop positive relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects completely and independently, and become a fierce advocate for crafting business value.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast paced environment

What you'll need:

1. Education : We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply
2. Years of Experience/Industries: At least 1 year of quantitative experience with a consistent track record of solving analytical problems
3. Communication: English and Spanish proficiency.
4. Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Creative solutions attitude with an affinity to constantly A/B test ideas
5. SQL Knowledge: Ability to create basic queries and knowledge of SQL clauses (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE). Basic Statistics knowledge is essential for data analysis and interpreting results effectively. Python or any other scripting language is a plus.
