If you have a fresh perspective and want to make a significant impact on the primary gateway for the entire Apple ecosystem, we’d love to discuss your qualifications with you.We’re seeking a highly motivated and passionate accessibility expert. Your responsibilities will include auditing both new and existing internal and external solutions, collaborating with teams throughout the entire project lifecycle to develop new features and solutions, liaising and coordinating with various functions, and representing the team professionally and effectively at all times. You’ll be a pragmatic and trustworthy individual who can promote the best results while fostering positive relationships with all those you work with.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of WCAG 2.x guidelines and WAI-ARIA
  • Knowledge and practical experience of implementing accessibility testing methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience of web technologies including HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Ability to provide accessible code solutions using web technologies
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of macOS and iOS VoiceOver and other accessibility features
  • Strong first-hand experience in testing with assistive technologies (including screen readers such as VoiceOver, JAWS and NVDA)
  • Familiarity with accessibility features on mobile devices
