Job Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish changes mandated by the Payment Networks. Key responsibilities of the role include but not limited to: assisting with interpreting network announcements, determining pricing impacts related to Interchange, Payment Network Fees and PINDebit activities. This position requires a strong organized individual able to communicate effectively and make independent decisions.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years in payment network industry management

  • Experience with interpreting and analyzing payment network (Visa/MC/Disc/Amex) announcements

  • Knowledge of payment interfaces, regulation updates, card updates

  • Strong knowledge of Payment Network fees, Interchange and billing

  • Demonstrated effective communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills

  • Effective planning, prioritization and time management acumen

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to successfully lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Execute and communicate new processes and/or procedures

  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint) in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, OneNote

  • Experience with project requirements, interpretation and analysis (UAT Testing and Implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Core Acquiring (Credit/Debit) industry experience

  • Knowledge and experience in payment interfaces, regulation updates or related industry sales and consultation

  • Fiserv systems and platform experience including EU and Omnipay

  • Client facing experience to understand successful client communication and strategy
