Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Technical leadership of a software engineering team
- Interface to customers and 3rd party suppliers
- Responsible for assessments of software projects and mapping to Flex software capabilities
- Responsible for driving projects together with the team dealing with Power Electronics and Compute ECUs
- Act as project owner and demonstrate a complete understanding of software projects
- Responsible for providing detailed technical specification and accurate project level estimates for engineering effort

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science with an electronics focus, or a related field; equivalent experience and training will also be considered
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Automotive or related industries in complex software engineering projects
- Experience in in software development for vehicle bus communication and high-speed interfaces
- Experience with EE architecture and various SW configuration - Autosar experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of automotive functional safety requirements (ISO26262), Cyber Security and Automotive Space
- Fluent in English, extensive experience in both written and spoken; German is beneficial
