In this role, you will be supporting Cisco Secure Access, a cloud-delivered security service edge (SSE) solution, grounded in zero trust, that gives users an outstanding user experience and protected access from any device to anywhere.
Your Impact:- Provide support for security products to various stakeholders, handling diverse technical problems.
- Employ lab setups for troubleshooting and resolving sophisticated technical issues.
- Communicate optimally with customers and partners about service request status and progress.
- Work with TAC engineers across technologies and submit defect reports collaboratively.
- Uphold Cisco's high standard of quality and excellence in solution support.
Minimum qualifications:- Knowledgeable in one or more of the following products: ASA, NGFW, ISE/AAA, VPN/AnyConnect, Duo, Umbrella
- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, ARP, DNS, TLS, Routing & Switching).
- Capture analysis skills (Wireshark, tcpdump).
- Server and appliance virtualization know-how (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
- Demonstrable experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco or similar security products.
Preferred qualifications:- Cisco Certification (CCNP or CCIE Security).
- Cloud Certification (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Scripting skills (Python, Perl, Bash, etc.).
