Your Role and Responsibilities As an Adobe Target Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and AI-based experiments to optimize user experiences and drive conversion across digital channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop testing strategies, interpret test results, and implement data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute testing strategies using Adobe Target to optimize website, mobile app, and other digital touchpoints.
Design and implement A/B tests, split tests, and multivariate tests to evaluate variations in content, layout, messaging, and user experience elements.
Leverage AI-based testing methodologies, such as automated personalization and predictive targeting, to deliver tailored experiences to segmented audiences.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to create test variations, set success metrics, and define testing hypotheses.
Monitor test performance in real-time, analyze test results, and generate actionable insights to improve conversion rates, engagement metrics, and overall user satisfaction.
Communicate test findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and product owners, through presentations and reports.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) design, and digital experimentation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website optimization, or conversion rate optimization, with a focus on A/B testing and experimentation.
Proficiency in Adobe Target or similar testing and personalization platforms, with hands-on experience in test setup, configuration, and analysis.
Experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design methodologies.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
