In this role you will coordinate administrative support for the Sales & Marketing Animal Health team. This will involve interacting with a wide range of stakeholders including sales and marketing staff, finance and technical teams and third-party vendors. You will be point of contact for the Philippines for the team’s CRM.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate appointments, meetings, seminars and training sessions.

• Maintain secured filing system and prepare all necessary documents and reports for the team.

• Manage purchases for office supplies, equipment and other business requirements.

• Assist in the preparation/distribution of promotional materials and documents for the team.

• Payment processing of all Sales, Marketing, Technical and Admin billings.

• Send accrual of expenses to Finance every month.

• Arrange hotel and flight bookings for international and local meetings, seminars and training sessions.

• Compute for the monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Incentive Plan and DSO for the Sales, Marketing and Technical teams.

• Validate price quotations before sending to customers.

• Train newly hired staff on the CRM, create new users and accounts and assist with any issues.

What You Must have

You’ll require

• General administrative support experience supporting multiple stakeholders, ideally gained within a large organization.

• Strong numerical skills. Experience with Account Payable would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Experience with CRM’s would also be advantageous, but not essential.

• Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills.

• A collaborative and customer-service oriented approach.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent English and Filipino oral, written and presentation skills.
