Manager, Product Management (PXDP50)


As part of the Compensation Product team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Define strategy and roadmap for how we improve associate experience, reduce costs, and ensure compliance as we drive competitive, fair, and transparent compensation
  • Interface with vendors to influence and leverage third party roadmaps to enable outcomes
  • Lead planning and execution for a backlog of compensation-focused intent, collaborating with a technical team of Workday compensation experts
  • Partner with functions across HR to manage dependencies, identify synergies, and define shared strategy for how we achieve business and associate outcomes with compensation data
  • Drive direction and execution of platform convergence strategy for compensation capabilities and data

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

  • 2+ years of experience in Agile product management

  • 1+ years of experience with Workday Core and Advanced Compensation

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
