How You Will Make An Impact
- Achievement of company targets based on proper Sell-in/sell-out strategies, which should be set up by the Key Account Manager (KAM)
- Monitor and drive product demand, stock level, competitor’s promotion, and retail display quality
Achievement of company targets across the UAE:
- Lead role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share in the local dealer market, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify key models and liaise with marketing and channel to establish them as HIT products.
- Manage distributors and key dealers and perform channel development to ensure that the proper fulfilment of the objective of Samsung – achievement of sales revenue, market share, investment in the right channel
- Conduct key retailer management and enhance Samsung VD visibility in the Local Independent Retail (IR) market.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team.
Monitoring and driving product demand:
- Liaise with Marketing and dealers, ensuring enhanced product visibility in the dealer outlets in order to maintain dominating availability and display of Samsung products at the shop front.
- Conduct market-trend analysis and work closely with the channel to develop plans to overcome potential issues.
- Coordinate channel marketing and sell-out programs to ensure market share achievement.
What You’ll Need
- Over 5 years of experience in distributor management within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies. (Or similar experience in the sales field of FMCG and Consumer Electronics as well)
- Graduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field
- A track record of success within the UAE, profile should be possible to check his or her reputation with the current (or old) HR department
- Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player.
- Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record.
- Self-starter being able to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, and assertive nature.
- Good PC skills- Excel, PowerPoint.
- Highly objective-oriented, catches the company’s objective easily in different situations
