- Manage the process workflow for all project activities from work request to closing & support the TSP team process workflow while being the point of contact to maintain and improve it
- Keep the activities within tracking system up to date and keep the data available for both TSP team and the customer; provide the customer with data as needed
- Prepare reports and weekly & monthly summary for customers and management
- Create Power BI dashboards that allow for faster analytical transparency
- Often taking the lead on leadership reviews, funding requests & cross function investigations and studies
- Support the team in budgeting, forecasting, workload, and funding
- Communicate clearly, regularly, and effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and internal team members in both written and verbal forms
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- 2-3 years of experience in leading large cross-functional teams as Program Manager or Engineering Lead
- Project or program management experience (PMP or CAPM Certified)
- 100% in office support
- Experience in construction or industrial environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to understand complex problems and distill the message into a clear plan; be the bridge between customer and team to resolve any conflict or miscommunication
- Experience with Power BI; Moderate experience in Microsoft PowerApps software / Power Automate & Automation of workflows is a plus
