- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- MS/MA or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.
- Experience with Supply/Demand Planning and Accounting/Finance.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization, with experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
- Excellent analytical and communication/facilitation skills.
