Product Excellence Team Leadership:
- Provide guidance to sub-teams to achieve 2025 Workplan KPIs, in collaboration with VP of Product Excellence.
- Align and communicate overall strategy effectively with the team.
- Monitor KPIs, adjust as needed for product excellence goals.
- Report to senior management on initiatives, metrics, and outcomes.
- Foster innovation culture, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and practices.
- Assign tasks and manage capacity of sub-teams, with VP of Product Excellence.
- Oversee working students' tasks, ensuring results and learning.
Product Adoption & Experience:
- Collaborate with Experience Management and Engineering teams to roll out Global Header with PX/LTR surveys
- Establish PX metrics collection & reporting together with Design team
- Conduct customer interviews based on NPS/PX scores with relevant teams, together with Customer Success, Research, and Design teams
- Represent SAP Signavio in SAP Adoption & Experience Steering Committee
- Align with stakeholders on ongoing adoption & experience metrics
- Work with SAP Experience Management team on Adoption & Experience Standardization priorities
Upskilling and Development:
- Lead quarterly upskilling initiatives for Product Management (e.g., growth days, workshops).
- Facilitate monthly knowledge-sharing workshops for the Product Management community.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to team members on product excellence practices.
Process Optimization and Best Practices:
- Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for product development and management.
- Identify and optimize P&E processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices into all stages of the innovation funnel.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and updating best practices.
- Manage quarterly best practice enablement cadence.
- Oversee the roll-out of key P&E processes and programs (Beta, Feedback Management, etc.).
- Lead the Design Partner Program for SAP Signavio, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of GTM, stakeholder coordination, and process management experience
- Master's degree in a business-related field
- Prior Product Management experience with an interest in analytical & management tools
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder coordination, presentation, and leadership experience (essential)
- Ability to manage large initiatives under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with SAP Standard platforms, data, processes & practices
A plus:
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs and lead teams functionally
- Understanding of customer feedback integration
- Knowledge of relevant tools (Productboard, Pendo, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)
