Working as a contractor on the Marketing Operations team, you will be in charge of harnessing our site analytics platforms, paid advertising tools, sales and marketing data to deliver actionable insights to marketing stakeholders.. You will build tracking & reporting for digital media, SEO, marketing campaign effectiveness, operational monitoring and will coordinate cross-functionally to make sure that our data collection practices are sufficient to our needs. Your superpower is being able to express the health of these channels (demand gen, paid digital, web, email) through Tableau dashboards and spreadsheets.

What you'll do:
- Engaging with stakeholders, getting report requirements and turning the requirements into detailed specs.
- Build and maintain user-friendly and informative dashboards, reports, and presentations in order to enable day-to-day and strategic data-driven decision making.
- Foster a relationship of trust and cooperation with the stakeholders, creating an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Provide triage for reporting incidents and work with Analytics Engineers to diagnose and fix data issues.
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting on operational reports
- Partner with Vimeo Analytics to ensure high quality and accuracy of reports and insights
- Create ad hoc SQL queries for marketing campaign support and data validation.
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- Best analytical mind in town - Proficient in interpreting complex datasets, extracting valuable insights for informed decision-making. Skilled in identifying patterns and translating business questions into effective analytical solutions. Demonstrates a problem-solving mindset and stays current with evolving data analysis methodologies.
- 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and/or SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahref) CRM (Salesforce).
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Marketing as a stakeholder. Familiarity with lifecycles and broader SaaS sales and marketing processes.
- A sense of ownership - capable of independently initiating and driving projects from beginning to end.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of conveying analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Expertise in data visualization tools. Tableau is preferred. At a minimum, experience with similar platforms such as Power BI or Looker.
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates proficiency in Data Visualization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Hourly rate: $45.00-$55.00
