In order to be successful you will have experience:
- Collaborating with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers to strategize and execute team sales.
- Independently engaging in prospecting and relationship-building activities to build pipeline and drive business with both new and existing clients.
- Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executive-level decision-makers, addressing objections and aligning value proposition with their business strategy.
- Partnering with the WFM LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps and industry artifacts.
- Domain expertise in Workforce Management functions either as an experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in these organizations.
