In order to be successful you will have experience:
Collaborating with Account Executives and Pre-Sales Engineers to strategize and execute team sales.
Independently engaging in prospecting and relationship-building activities to build pipeline and drive business with both new and existing clients.
Delivering compelling demonstrations and use cases to influence executive-level decision-makers, addressing objections and aligning value proposition with their business strategy.
Partnering with the WFM LOBs in shaping the GTM approach, marketing materials, product roadmaps and industry artifacts.
Domain expertise in Workforce Management functions either as an experienced Salesperson or as a senior leader in these organizations.
