Your key responsibilities
- Support activation strategy and processes for Growth Drivers initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to execute strategy and prepare presentations, reports, and materials for strategy meetings.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize reports and presentations, including managing Power BI dashboards.
- Proactively liaise with account team members to ensure alignment and progress on Growth Driver initiatives.
- Assist in managing the annual revenue planning process.
- Coordinate Sales & Pipeline Hygiene activities, supporting CRM (Client Relationship Management) processes.
- Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings, preparing follow-ups, and maintaining key documentation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a strong command of English.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools—particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and teaming skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure while managing tight deadlines.
- Upholds integrity and professionalism while handling highly confidential client information.

- Proven ability to balance multiple project requirements and maintain high attention to detail.
- Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI.
