Job responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies to promote Chase’s financial tools to both new and existing customers.
- Contribute to the creation of content that aligns with the team’s strategic goals across various channels and mediums, focusing on longform written content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically legal and controls partners.
- Support the end-to-end execution of owned campaigns (e.g., email, Chase.com banner ads, ATM).
- Analyze customer data and feedback to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer experience.
- Partner with peers and leaders across various lines of businesses and teams to identify key opportunities for feature adoption and engagement.
- Stay organized with campaign trackers, deadlines, projects, and explore new approaches to increase efficiency and improve processes without sacrificing creativity or quality.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
- Distinctive writing and editing skills, with the ability to create and tailor content to various audiences in a data and fact-based manner. A writing portfolio is required to demonstrate proficiency.
- Proven experience in supporting and executing marketing campaigns across various marketing channels, including mobile, email, digital-out-of-home (DOOH).
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple partners and stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
- Flexible and resilient mindset, capable of navigating change and adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
- Relentless focus on process improvement, with a lens oriented towards the integration of AI and LLM-driven technologies.
- Interest and experience in data and analytics related to marketing efforts and insights.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Three years of marketing experience within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Additional experience in financial tools, products, acquisition is a plus.
- Experience in execution of marketing across digital channels.
- Experience using Figma and fluent in artifact creation across Microsoft suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
