The DSP Product and Technology team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical (Sr. PMT) to build the products that help DSPs hire, recruit and onboard world class drivers. You’ll define the vision, roadmap, roll out strategy to bring your vision to life. You will work closely with business teams, leaders, and engineering teams in an agile development environment to launch new features and experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need to show strong business and technical judgment that will accelerate time to market of releases, while incrementally moving our services towards the north star vision.Key job responsibilities
• Work backwards to deeply understand the needs of Delivery Service Partners and Delivery Associates
• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap working by closely collaborating with key partner teams
• Define and run experiments, working closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders to iteratively deliver on your vision.
• Strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership
• Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with multiple job families, including business, technical and UX teams
• Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience interpreting and communicating analytics
