What you will accomplish:What you will bring:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the eBay Certified Refurbished Program, increasing its footprint and sales volume.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, customer service, marketing, and legal to enhance the program's offerings and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and refurbishers, providing support and guidance to ensure their success within the program.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that all refurbished inventory meet eBay's quality and certification standards.
- Create and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and sales of certified refurbished products.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on program performance, challenges, and progress towards strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably within an e-commerce environment; consultant experiences are very welcome
- Personal interest in refurbished electronics and the consumer electronics industry in gerneral
- Proven track record of managing successful programs or partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in English and German
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in the use of data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel and Powerpoint) combined with strong presentation skills
