Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new businessopportunities in the market for Honeywell Process Solutions
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic salesplans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Conduct market research and analysisto identify trends and opportunities
- Provide market feedback and insightsto internal teams to drive product development and improvement
YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum of 7 yearsof experience in business development or sales role
- Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and negotiationskills
- Excellent relationship-buildingabilities

- Experience in the industry
- Knowledge of market trends andcompetitive landscape
- Ability to think strategically andidentify new business opportunities
- Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning.
- Previous working experience in a complex organization
