Your responsibilities will include:
- Enables customer engagement strategy & executes on tactical plan to support the two business units by aligning cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Clinical Affairs and R&D, among others, to a U.S. customer engagement plan that activates a cadence of engagements between targeted physicians.
- Works independently with the compliance team to build, drive and execute the annual need assessments (ANA) for physician engagements throughout the year.
- Translate sensitive information and communicates regularly with key stakeholders both internal and external to the organization, including top company management and key opinion leaders.
- Leverages stakeholder t and project management capabilities to drive complex, high impact deliverables to successful completion.
- Fosters collaborative relationships with customers that increase organizational understanding and presence.
- Serves as a functional expert to external and internal customers and the broader organization: the “go-to” person for guidance, insight and questions.
- Maintains a frequent and robust dialog with colleagues across the organization to foster knowledge transfer and shared learnings.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical device industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing physician meetings
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with electrophysiologist and interventional cardiologists
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong collaboration & communication skills with senior leadership, team members and cross functional teams & leadership
- Ability to travel - 30-50%
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC) and Electrophysiology procedures – LAAC devices, imaging, mapping, recording system, ablations
