DESCRIPTION
The Buy with Prime (BwP) & Multi-channel Fulfilment (MCF) team is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM). The TAM role is a high-impact, high-visibility role managing the post-launch technical account management of marquee customers using Buy with Prime (BwP) & Multi-channel Fulfilment (MCF) products. TAMs work as technical advisors for customers, educating them on incremental solution offerings and owning proactive and reactive post-launch support activities. They serve as the emissaries between customers and internal teams to ensure efficiencies. TAMs will be responsible for technical instrumentation, operational health, and technical account management to ensure merchants can fully utilize Santos products and services. The TAM has a solution mindset and owns the technical aspects of the customer's post-launch journey for marquee customers using BwP and MCF products and services. They are also expected to build relationships by partnering across multiple teams such as sales, account management, product, engineering, and solution architects to perform post-launch technical account management services. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
- Experience in working with customer launch or post-launch and or solution management
- Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver results

The base pay for this position ranges from $83,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
